As a Software Engineer (SEFO), you'll work on some of the most advanced systems in electronic trading, contributing to the tools and platforms that drive global trading operations.
This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about solving complex problems, building high-performance infrastructure, and making a real impact through code. You’ll be involved in projects that range from automation of production environments to developing real-time data pipelines and internal tools used across the firm. Our engineering team is central to Tower’s success, and this position offers significant exposure to critical systems and business processes.

Who You Are:
We’re looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top institution, and a minimum CGPA of 8.0. You should have strong programming skills, a solid understanding of web development and Linux systems, and a passion for learning and building. Familiarity with distributed systems and financial markets is a plus, but not required.
