Associate E-File Analyst (US Tax Forms - 1040/1041)

Thomson Reuters is looking for an Associate E-File Analyst to ensure the accuracy and reliability of US tax forms, specifically 1040 and 1041. This role is integral to maintaining the quality of our e-filing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and validate Gosystem software to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Manage and resolve issues, collaborate with development teams, and drive continuous improvements.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of tax forms to meet compliance standards.
• Analyze scenarios and ensure correct e-file output generation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in QA testing or tax form analysis
• Strong understanding of US tax forms (1040/1041)
• Experience with XML, XSD, or similar schemas for e-file validation
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
