About the Opportunity
Target Technology Services powers every aspect of Target’s retail operations through innovative systems and tools. As a Technology Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced engineering professionals to design and implement cutting-edge solutions, contributing to the company’s mission of delivering exceptional value to guests both online and in-store.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design innovative technology solutions.
- Assist in evaluating new technologies and contribute to service lifecycle management.
- Deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance outputs under guidance.
- Participate in automation, debugging, and implementation activities following best practices.
- Resolve common technical issues and monitor system capacity with minimal assistance.
- Contribute to intellectual property by developing new retail ideas and algorithms.
Qualifications
- Pursuing an Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Circuit Branch specialization.
- Meeting prescribed CGPA or aggregate requirements with no active backlogs.
- Strong passion for learning new tools and technologies.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to follow through on ideas and deliver commitments.
