Role Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide frontline technical assistance to customers, addressing complex issues in electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, sophisticated software, and networked or wireless systems. Your responsibilities include diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging, as well as escalating unresolved issues to engineering teams. You may also participate in customer installations and training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support staff.
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware and software issues.
  • Report design, reliability, and maintenance concerns to engineering teams.
  • Assist with customer installation and training when required.
  • Interact directly with technical and non-technical customers to resolve complex problems.
