Apprentice - Technical Data Support & Services
Airbus India is offering a Technical Data Analyst apprenticeship within the Customer Services, Fleet Efficiency and Engineering department in Bangalore. The role focuses on supporting technical data activities related to aircraft maintenance and engineering documentation. The apprenticeship program is planned for 12 months and is expected to begin in July 2026, with some flexibility in the start date.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and support technical data authoring activities for maintenance and engineering manuals such as AMM, IPC, and TSM while adhering to specifications, configuration management rules, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Provide operational support for fleet management activities, ensuring that maintenance and flight operations technical manuals are delivered to customers including MROs, airlines, and lessors in accordance with Airbus commitments and aircraft configurations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for technical data processes and tools, helping standardize working methods across teams and identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Support internal users and customers by ensuring efficient delivery of maintenance and material documentation.
Skills and Exposure During the Apprenticeship
- Understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance processes
- Technical data authoring for AMM, IPC, and TSM documentation
- Aircraft configuration management practices
- Exposure to project management concepts
- Experience with digital tools and emerging technologies
