About the Team

The Talent Acquisition team at Tide plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and expansion into new products and markets. This diverse team spans the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, and India, working collaboratively to attract and hire top talent.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be involved in the full recruitment cycle for high-volume non-technology roles. You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, maintain accurate candidate data, analyze recruitment metrics, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-technology positions.
