About the Team
The Talent Acquisition team at Tide plays a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and expansion into new products and markets. This diverse team spans the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, and India, working collaboratively to attract and hire top talent.
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be involved in the full recruitment cycle for high-volume non-technology roles. You will develop sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, maintain accurate candidate data, analyze recruitment metrics, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to learn, innovate, and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for non-technology positions.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract and engage talent.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to identify skills and potential.
- Ensure data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
