What success looks like in this role

This role provides exposure to the core concepts, practices, and philosophy of Talent Acquisition. The position includes developmental assignments designed to build understanding across multiple areas such as sourcing, recruiting, candidate selection, campus hiring, early career programs, and contract management.

Working with guidance, you will assist in recruiting and staffing activities while collaborating with hiring leaders to understand talent requirements and hiring challenges.

• Support hiring managers by understanding role requirements and recruitment needs.
• Assist with developing and implementing sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Coordinate candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
• Prepare job offers for selected candidates and coordinate final start dates.
• Participate in campus hiring initiatives, university coordination, and career fairs.
• Build collaborative relationships with HR colleagues and related teams.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory standards.
• Take part in local or broader Talent Acquisition initiatives and complete additional tasks as assigned.
