Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex retail forecasting and demand planning problems.
• Work on production-ready systems using deep learning, natural language processing, and time-series forecasting.
• Handle large volumes of structured and unstructured data, focusing on data wrangling and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
• Conduct experiments with LLMs (Large Language Models), including fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Apply first principles thinking to break down complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
• Contribute to the research and development of novel AI-driven features and models.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education Required:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields.
• Eligible Batches:
  2023, 2024, 2025

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in ML, NLP, forecasting, or related domains.
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy ML models through hands-on projects.
• Experience with transformer architectures and recent advancements in deep learning.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Clear, concise communication skills (both written and verbal).
