The Strategy Analyst (Internal Job Title: Strategy Analyst - C10) will be part of the strategy team in Mumbai, India. The role involves analyzing business processes and data, identifying policy gaps, and recommending improvements to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business leaders and senior management to analyze strategic opportunities and business issues.
• Support the development and execution of transformation and improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in project lifecycles including problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution development.
• Work with business teams to implement improvement strategies and operational enhancements.
• Evaluate aspects of client service and help identify areas for improvement.
• Build relationships with internal support teams and senior leadership.
• Conduct detailed research to support business strategies and identify trends across key drivers such as credit, asset trends, pricing, cost structures, product management, and operations.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made and ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.

Skills and Experience

• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate complex data sets.
• Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present recommendations that address business requirements.
• Experience synthesizing large volumes of information into clear conclusions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
• Capability to work independently while managing priorities in demanding environments.
