Role Overview

Design Interns will support the Product Design team in building intuitive, consistent, and impactful experiences for enterprise users. Interns will contribute to real product features, learn design systems, participate in user-centered discovery and research, and collaborate with senior designers and managers.

This role is suited for candidates interested in artificial intelligence, agentic design practices, and emerging technologies that help users complete complex work with greater clarity and control.

What Makes You Qualified?

• Portfolio featuring 2 to 3 projects that demonstrate design process and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and usability principles.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Exposure to AI-driven design tools and workflows such as Figma, Lovable, Cursor, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of agentic design approaches where AI systems can plan, act, explain reasoning, recover from errors, and keep users informed.
• Some experience in user research, competitive analysis, or secondary research, with the ability to convert findings into design decisions.
• Ability to identify problems and explore practical solutions.
• Comfort working with peers and cross-functional teams.
• Clear and structured storytelling with strong design rationale.
