Specialist IT (Full Stack Developer) at Infineon Bangalore

Infineon is seeking a full stack developer with hands on exposure to both frontend and backend technologies. The role focuses on developing and maintaining web applications using Java, Spring, and React while contributing across the software development lifecycle.

You will work from concept and design through testing and deployment, collaborating with experienced developers and participating in technical discussions and development activities.

Your Role

Development

• Support the development and maintenance of web applications using Java, Spring, and React.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that follows established best practices.
• Collaborate with senior developers and team leads to gain technical guidance and practical development experience.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions and idea sharing.
• Keep up with emerging technologies and current industry practices.

Testing and Debugging

• Create unit tests and assist with integration testing to improve application reliability.
• Identify, debug, and resolve issues within applications.
• Take part in code reviews to help maintain coding standards and quality.

Documentation and Communication

• Document code and development processes.
• Work closely with team members and contribute to a collaborative development environment.
• Assist with gathering requirements and provide updates to stakeholders when required.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in web application development.
• Academic or project exposure to Java, Spring Framework, and React.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with familiarity working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of relational or NoSQL databases is an advantage.
• Awareness of Agile or Scrum development methodologies is beneficial.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a development team.
