Role Description
This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience in software development and testing. Selected candidates will undergo a specialized training bootcamp focused on software engineering fundamentals. After successful completion, candidates will be assigned to engineering teams in roles aligned with current business needs, which could include development, testing, or other technical streams.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software systems. This role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and collaboration skills. You will be expected to contribute effectively in a distributed Agile environment, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and help enhance both individual and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured onboarding bootcamp focused on software development best practices during the first 90 days
- Translate business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions
- Design, implement, and test new applications and features
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams for CI/CD pipelines, TDD environments, and QA strategies
- Provide critical feedback during software design processes to enhance testability and reliability
- Develop robust, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to industry standards
- Own deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle
- Diagnose and fix bugs and performance issues in existing systems
- Define and meet non-functional requirements such as scalability, reliability, and performance
- Conduct regular code reviews, debugging, and documentation
- Actively participate in Agile development teams and work in collaboration with global peers
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Programming experience with Java or C# and basic knowledge of .NET environments
- Familiarity with RDBMS and web services
- Exposure to SOA and microservices architecture
- Basic knowledge of TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs
- Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit
