Selected candidates will undergo a specialized training bootcamp focused on software engineering fundamentals. After successful completion, candidates will be assigned to engineering teams in roles aligned with current business needs, which could include development, testing, or other technical streams.
You will play a key role in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining software systems. This role requires analytical thinking, strong communication, and collaboration skills. You will be expected to contribute effectively in a distributed Agile environment, participate in SCRUM ceremonies, and help enhance both individual and team performance.
