About the Role

Harman is seeking a motivated Software Intern to join its Bangalore team. This fixed-term, 9-month internship offers hands-on experience in software development for automotive audio and technology platforms. The role involves working with tools like Visual Studio and WPF technology to develop, test, and troubleshoot software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test embedded software for amplifier applications using C# and WPF.
• Troubleshoot and optimize code using debuggers, emulators, compilers, and hardware tools such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Create and execute unit and integration test plans to verify functionality and ensure compliance with requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in C#.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python is a plus.
• Understanding of embedded operating systems.
• Ability to perform unit and system-level testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience with Agile or V-model project life cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
