About the Internship
Harman Automotive is offering an exciting internship opportunity for an MCU Engineer within the Car Audio division. This role provides hands-on experience in embedded software development for next-generation automotive audio systems. The internship is a full-time, fixed-term position for 9 months, based in Bangalore, India, requiring on-site collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in software development and testing following defined processes.
- Implement code and develop unit and integration test plans to verify functionality.
- Create embedded C code and Python scripts.
- Utilize software development tools such as debuggers, emulators, and compilers.
- Perform functional testing on associated hardware.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in C and embedded systems programming.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python and Perl.
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems.
- Ability to use oscilloscopes and logic analyzers for troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of C++.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and CAN protocols.
