Position Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer I with a focus on AI model engineering. This role involves developing non-LLM machine learning models using classical ML techniques for prediction, anomaly detection, and trend analysis. You will work alongside LLM engineers to build quantifiable models that support AI-first decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, train, and validate ML models such as regression, clustering, and forecasting.
- Develop feature extraction pipelines from structured and unstructured datasets.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers for dataset preparation.
- Document models, datasets, and assumptions using Confluence.
- Integrate ML outputs into platform services.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Python and scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling.
- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics including ROC, F1, and RMSE.
- Experience with MLflow or similar model management tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in machine learning or related areas.
- Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
Work Arrangement
