Position Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer I with a focus on AI model engineering. This role involves developing non-LLM machine learning models using classical ML techniques for prediction, anomaly detection, and trend analysis. You will work alongside LLM engineers to build quantifiable models that support AI-first decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, train, and validate ML models such as regression, clustering, and forecasting.
• Develop feature extraction pipelines from structured and unstructured datasets.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers for dataset preparation.
• Document models, datasets, and assumptions using Confluence.
• Integrate ML outputs into platform services.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and scikit-learn.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling.
• Knowledge of model evaluation metrics including ROC, F1, and RMSE.
• Experience with MLflow or similar model management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in machine learning or related areas.
• Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
