Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Software Engineer I to join our Enterprise Software business unit in Bangalore. This hybrid role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge technology that empowers clients to make smarter decisions. You will be part of the Software in Test team, focusing on frameworks to test, monitor, and evaluate services and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and define requirements for design projects
- Complete all phases of software engineering design
- Analyze processes and deliver actionable results
- Review and recommend solutions for process improvements
- Develop documentation for new projects and review existing ones
- Work with the latest technologies and innovative approaches
- Perform system integration of software and hardware
- Build automation frameworks for continuous deployment
- Conduct end-to-end testing of data ingestion, pipelines, and transformation processes
- Validate data through database queries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with automation frameworks such as Robot Framework and Selenium
- Knowledge of test strategies, data models, and architectural documentation
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages (Bash, Ruby, Python, JavaScript)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
