- Proven programming experience in one or more languages such as Go, Python, Ruby, Java, C/C++.
- Experience gained through internships, academic projects, coding competitions, or publications.
- Interest in building tools and infrastructure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and accountability for deliverables.
- Willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
