As part of the Web Development or QA teams, you will collaborate with experienced engineers and participate in building innovative solutions that enhance user experiences worldwide. You will learn system architecture, coding standards, and workflows, while actively contributing to feature development across frontend, backend, or QA automation tracks.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and apply system architecture, workflows, and coding standards with mentorship from senior engineers.
- Develop features for frontend, backend, or QA automation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.
- Strengthen fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts.
- Gain hands-on experience with Git, JIRA, code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
- For QA roles: learn manual testing, automation frameworks, and quality best practices.
- Actively seek feedback and improve technical and communication skills.
- Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and product areas.
