Join NatWest Group as a Software Engineer - AIML
We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract for 6 months, offering an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative environment.
About the Role
- Design, develop, and maintain innovative, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
- Work within a feature team to engineer complex software, scripts, and tools.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in the complete software lifecycle from development to maintenance and decommissioning.
- Integrate APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends and implement relevant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize software engineering capabilities.
- Design, produce, test, and implement working code.
- Utilize AWS services for deploying and managing ML models.
- Contribute to research and innovation in AI/ML applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, AIML, or related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in Python, AIML, NLP, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
- Experience with AWS cloud services for ML deployment.
- Knowledge of development tools, bug tracking systems, and collaborative wikis.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in analytical and numerical contexts.
