Role Overview
This position involves leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency, optimize performance, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications while integrating AI workflows into the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Lovable.ai, Claude, Cursor, etc.) for coding, refactoring, debugging, and documentation
- Manage code repositories, branching strategies, and code reviews on GitHub
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks using AI-driven insights
- Develop scalable web applications using React.js (frontend) and Node.js/Express.js (backend)
- Create reusable UI components with React and Tailwind CSS
- Integrate and optimize RESTful APIs with performance and security best practices
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams in an agile environment
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in software development
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools
- Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+/TypeScript)
- Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and Java/Spring Boot
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and database management
- Exposure to open-source projects and GitHub collaboration
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
