Overview
Responsibilities:
- Client/Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, anticipate client needs, and ensure quick resolution of issues. Develop synergy with cross-functional teams and manage client incidents effectively. - Operational Excellence:
Deliver BAU per benchmarks, monitor incidents/errors, and ensure production efficiencies. Validate deals, facilities, and outstanding in Loan IQ. Review credit agreements and perform loan servicing activities, including validations, loan participations, interest billing, and Swift payments. Conduct reconciliation and ensure compliance with GL entries. Document processes, manage KRI/KPI, and address compliance requirements. - Risk Management:
Identify operational risks, address control gaps, and ensure timely resolution of audit/inspection findings. Maintain process resilience with proper backups.
Profile Required:
- Strong customer service ethos and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Basic accounting knowledge and self-starter mindset.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and motivate teams.
- Developed relationship management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Quick adaptability and understanding of upstream/downstream linkages.
Batch Eligibility:
- 2022, 2023, 2024 graduates.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Technical Skills Required:
