Your responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks with high speed and accuracy.
• Complete reporting of activities handled on a daily basis, as per requirements.
• Be ready to work the night shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am).
• Work extended hours on weekdays or weekends during month end and quarter end close.
• Follow up rigorously and close pending queries and open topics with ownership.
• The hiring is for the Bangalore location. Candidates residing outside Bangalore should be ready to relocate.

What you bring

• SAP experience and knowledge, preferably in the domain relevant to the role.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
• Fast learner with the ability to think analytically.
• Knowledge of basic and advanced accounting principles, and proficiency in MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
• Self-determination, initiative, learning, communication skills, network built on trust, team player and customer focus.
