About the Role

CSC is seeking a Service Desk Intern to join our Global IT Organization in Bangalore. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in providing IT support to both onsite and remote users across the globe. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals, assisting in troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical and operational support to internal and external teams.
• Support daily administrative and IT service tasks.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and relevant documentation.
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects.
• Attend and actively contribute to meetings and workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed B.E, B.Tech, BCA, or B.Sc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Terminal, CMD, etc.).
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
