About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic SDET Intern to join our India engineering team in Bengaluru. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, learn advanced testing methodologies, and contribute to a high-performance product through both manual and automated testing.
Duration: 6 months (with potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain tests to ensure product quality.
- Learn and implement automation tools and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve issues early.
- Take ownership of small-scale testing projects.
- Enhance technical skills under mentorship from senior engineers.
Required Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience in software testing or development (freshers welcome).
- Solid programming fundamentals in Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Basic knowledge of software testing principles.
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
- Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills (or Will Learn During Internship)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with automation frameworks like Selenium or JUnit.
- Basic understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, or microservices.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
