What You Will Be Doing
- Work with Java programming, SQL scripting for databases, and Unix operating systems.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel while supporting engineering and documentation tasks.
- Apply basic knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP, along with networking fundamentals such as host, IP, ports, firewall, HTTPS, and SSL.
- Understand and document requirements from the team lead related to customer Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) use cases.
- Configure Saviynt EIC to meet customer IGA requirements.
- Assist the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during demonstrations and proof of concept activities.
- Support global customers across APAC, EMEA, and US time zones, which may include late evening or early morning shifts.
- Exposure to tools or platforms such as Jira and cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial.
Additional Information
Employees may be required to complete security and privacy awareness training during onboarding and on a recurring basis. The role also requires reviewing and following company information security and privacy policies, including areas such as data classification and handling, incident response, disaster recovery, mobile device usage, account management, access control, personnel security, and privacy guidelines.
