What You’ll Do

• Participate in a structured 8 to 12 month learn‑and‑apply program that includes classroom learning and practical hands‑on phases.
• Develop role‑specific skills and certifications required for Cloud Delivery.
• Learn core SAP technologies such as Basis, ABAP, HANA, operating systems, and databases.
• Gain exposure to cloud platforms including SAP Data Centers, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Work with enterprise solutions and customer success practices within SAP’s global ecosystem.
• Build practical knowledge in cloud delivery, incident handling, escalation management, and project execution.
• Collaborate with global teams on transformation initiatives and cloud innovation projects.

Participants work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to customer‑focused operations from the start. Certain assignments may involve shift schedules or weekend work depending on project requirements, though night shifts are not required.

What You Bring
