The Team

Solutions Operations is a leader in leveraged loan, private equity and high-yield solutions. It offers portfolio management, administration, reporting and analysis products and services, along with managed services and full outsourcing for front to back-office functions. These platforms are tailored to client needs.

The Impact

The associate learns the details of loan operations and how they affect clients. This role quality checks activities and transactions to improve client experience and satisfaction. The associate adapts quickly to changing business and client needs in a fast-paced environment.

What's in It for You

You will be part of the finance operations vertical, handling daily BAU work, analysis and reconciliation of client transactions. You will communicate with global business partners about process changes and put those changes in place internally.

Responsibilities

• Process trade settlements in WSO Admin, including new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs and commitment reductions, while keeping accuracy based on client information.
• Process and QC daily activity, new deal closings, restructures and amendments for all asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS) by reviewing source documents and faxes from agent banks.
• Work comfortably in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Look beyond current tools to find the best solutions, and work independently while making key decisions on projects and business-critical activities.
• Train new hires and guide them through their learning curve.
• Build a collaborative environment with other departments and stakeholders to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Business, Finance or Accounting background strongly recommended
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite
• Strong work ethic: organized, detail oriented, analytical and task driven
