About the Role

Grade Level: 05

This position is part of the Estimates team, which delivers high quality content related to Consensus Estimates, Actuals, and Guidance information. The team analyzes research reports and company documents to gather forecasted and actual financial figures and produce meaningful consensus insights for clients. The group includes more than 420 professionals working across Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Manila.

The Impact

The role supports the accuracy and completeness of financial datasets used by global clients. You will utilize internal and external research sources such as regulatory filings, government documents, stock exchanges, industry journals, analyst reports, and internal tools to collect, summarize, and synthesize relevant information.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and extract financial data, then enter it into internal work tools according to defined guidelines for the assigned vertical.
• Understand dataset workflows and maintain a solid working knowledge of internal systems and tools.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to improvements in departmental workflows and processes.
• Respond to emails from team members and managers promptly, while showing initiative and willingness to learn.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in B.Com or BBA, or postgraduate degree such as MBA with Finance specialization.
• Understanding of financial statements and annual reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work across different time zones.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
