About the Apprenticeship Program
The 12-month Graduate Trainee Apprenticeship in Technology at Russell Investments offers a comprehensive hands-on learning experience. This opportunity blends classroom-based knowledge with real-time work experience, helping you build both technical and professional skills in a global corporate environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must not be self-employed
- Should not be enrolled in any other government-funded program
- Should not be registered on EPF/ESIC portal
- Should not be engaged in professional practice at the time of application
- Must have Aadhaar linked with personal mobile number and email address
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, React, Angular, and SQL
- Develop and optimize databases with a focus on security and performance
- Get hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms and services
- Learn the basics of data engineering, including data pipelines and transformation
- Work with Snowflake for scalable data storage and analytics
- Collaborate with senior engineers in an agile team environment
- Attend technical training sessions, mentorship programs, and workshops
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- C#
- .NET Framework and .NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages, Blazor, and Web APIs
- Entity Framework with LINQ and SQL
- Dependency Injection for testable and maintainable code
- Microservices architecture and principles
- Keen interest in learning modern web and cloud technologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Adaptability and a proactive attitude in dynamic environments
