Program Overview
The Risk Solutions Technology Graduate Program runs for 12 months and includes two six‑month rotations. Participants gain practical experience across multiple technical areas such as big data, artificial intelligence, site reliability engineering, DevOps, testing, and security engineering. The program also provides exposure to cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
Graduates receive mentorship, structured training, and continuous feedback aimed at both technical and professional growth. Work completed during the program supports key markets such as insurance, healthcare, and government while contributing to innovative product development.
Responsibilities
- Write and review sections of detailed specifications for system components of simple complexity.
- Follow established development processes and coding standards with guidance from senior engineers.
- Work in different development environments while collaborating with stakeholders.
- Resolve simple bugs and apply test-driven development practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for software development projects.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and stay informed about emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate understanding of software development methodologies and data manipulation languages.
- Apply knowledge of data modeling concepts and development languages.
Requirements
- Graduation must be completed before July 2026.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java/J2EE, Python, JavaScript, JSP, C/C++, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, Linux, and .NET.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Understanding of data manipulation languages and data modeling concepts.
- Awareness of test-driven development practices.
- Ability to learn new technologies and processes.
- Strong written and verbal communication for effective collaboration.
