Reliance Jio is seeking an Apprentice Engineer to support network operations and maintenance activities. The role focuses on monitoring issues, maintaining service levels, and assisting in resolving technical faults reported by customers or operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform first-level proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
- Prioritize and manage faults regularly to ensure SLA requirements are met.
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate with first-level operations to investigate faults and determine root causes.
- Address complaints and escalations raised by end-customer operations or call center teams.
- Analyze trouble tickets and recommend timely actions or solutions to resolve issues.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of the telecom or related technical domain.
- Understanding of processes and tools used to meet agreed service level agreements.
- Familiarity with technical support activities and troubleshooting.
- Ability to coordinate and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
