Key Responsibilities

• Perform first-level proactive and reactive maintenance activities.
• Prioritize and manage faults regularly to ensure SLA requirements are met.
• Handle emergency situations and coordinate with first-level operations to investigate faults and determine root causes.
• Address complaints and escalations raised by end-customer operations or call center teams.
• Analyze trouble tickets and recommend timely actions or solutions to resolve issues.

• Basic knowledge of the telecom or related technical domain.
• Understanding of processes and tools used to meet agreed service level agreements.
