Wipro is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position of Referral Intern in Pune, Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and coordinating employee referral programs.
- Support recruitment teams in screening and processing referred candidates.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to referral activities.
- Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and engagement campaigns.
