Role Summary

The Python Developer will develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet client needs. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features, write clean and maintainable code, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Expected Education & Experience

• 0–2 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Proven experience working in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High level of accountability and responsibility.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with Robot Framework is a plus.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
