About the Role
The Transactions team produces actionable, transparent, trusted, and comprehensive data and insights for the market across M&A, Public Offerings, MAKB, Investor Activism, EDD, Equity Buybacks, and Bankruptcy. The team is looking for a data researcher with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Research, collect, and organize Transactions related data points from company filings, regulatory documents, press announcements, and other sources.
- Meet individual and team targets, delivering work with the highest level of quality and excellence.
