Key Responsibilities

• As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project metric dashboards and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Support project teams by maintaining project planning schedules, execution timelines, and status reporting.
• Support planning and execution teams to stay organized and informed, and facilitate data alignment and integration activities.
• Perform data validation and verification for seamless project status monitoring and controlling.
• Coordinate project meetings by scheduling, preparing meeting decks, documenting meeting notes, and distributing and tracking action items.
• Follow up with project stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed and project delivery milestones remain on plan.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, presentations, and communications for stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain project data, and support process improvement initiatives.

Work Experience

• Strong data analytic and reporting skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel Automation, Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite: Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Copilot.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to conduct regular meetings and articulate objectives.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn project management and business processes.
