Role Overview

The Programmer Analyst - I will be responsible for developing, supporting, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting business application programs within SAP. This role requires adherence to best practices, governance protocols, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and rollout of new functionality.
• Develop applications following established best practices and governance standards.
• Perform black box and unit testing on developed artifacts.
• Support functional testing and user acceptance testing activities.
• Ensure effective communication across project stakeholders.
• Adhere strictly to company policies regarding health, safety, and quality.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information.
• Interpret and execute instructions provided in various formats.
• Work effectively under pressure with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Stay proficient in IT department functions and strategic direction.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems is preferred. Candidates should have application programming experience in one or more of the following platforms:

• SAP (preferred: ABAP)
• .NET
• C#
• Java

Fresh graduates should demonstrate logical thinking and showcase programming skills through academic projects or internships.
