As a Process Associate - Procure to Pay (P2P), you will handle transaction processing in Accounts Payable and manage vendor accounts. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay
• Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
• Adhere to SLAs and timelines
• Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
• Address queries and take follow-up actions
• Meet targets effectively
• Thrive under deadlines and contribute to change management
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal teamwork

Required Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Self-directed and ambitious achiever
