Role Overview
As a Process Associate - Procure to Pay (P2P), you'll handle transaction processing in Accounts Payable and manage vendor accounts. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all accounting activities related to Procure to Pay
- Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate actions
- Adhere to SLAs and timelines
- Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging
- Address queries and take follow-up actions
- Meet targets effectively and thrive under deadlines
- Contribute to change management and demonstrate strong teamwork
Qualifications
- Commerce graduate with focus on Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Self-directed and ambitious achiever
