Job Opportunity: Process Executive at Infosys BPM Limited
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 0 - 1 Years
Educational Requirement: BCom, BBA graduates (15 years of formal education completed)
Batch Eligibility: 2022 to 2025 graduates only. Postgraduates or candidates currently pursuing postgraduation are not eligible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily process targets aligned with customer service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work according to client-defined shift schedules, including night shifts (24x7).
- Adhere to governance frameworks established with clients.
- Execute assigned transactions accurately and within set timelines.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to work in business-aligned shifts and adapt to changes in processes or systems.
- Basic knowledge of Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domains is an added advantage.
- Mortgage-specific knowledge will be considered a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Data management and processing skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
