Educational Requirement: BCom, BBA graduates (15 years of formal education completed)

Batch Eligibility: 2022 to 2025 graduates only. Postgraduates or candidates currently pursuing postgraduation are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily process targets aligned with customer service level agreements (SLAs).
• Work according to client-defined shift schedules, including night shifts (24x7).
• Adhere to governance frameworks established with clients.
• Execute assigned transactions accurately and within set timelines.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Flexibility to work in business-aligned shifts and adapt to changes in processes or systems.
• Basic knowledge of Banking, Mortgage, or Insurance domains is an added advantage.
• Mortgage-specific knowledge will be considered a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Data management and processing skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
