Role Overview

As a Process Associate in Procure to Pay (P2P), you will handle transaction processing in Accounts Payable and manage vendor accounts. Flexibility to work in shifts is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay.
• Recognize potential threats and suggest appropriate actions.
• Adhere to SLAs and timelines.
• Match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging.
• Address queries and take follow-up actions.
• Use MS Office applications proficiently.
• Meet targets effectively.
• Thrive under deadlines and contribute to change management.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles.
