Your Role
As a Process Associate for Order Management (Health Care - Voice), you will resolve inquiries, requests, and concerns while providing accurate information. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
Your Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities associated with order management
- Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions
- Adhere to SLAs and timelines
- Handle queries through calls and email follow-ups
- Meet targets effectively
- Analyze complex data with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Required Qualifications
- Graduate with 0-1 year of experience in a Healthcare domain
- Readiness to work in shifts as needed
- Strong communication abilities with fluency
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Self-directed and ambitious achiever
