Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated person who wants to learn new skills and help create, design, maintain, and deliver legal and tax forms. The main job is to replicate and maintain government agency tax forms used in our tax compliance software, while keeping accuracy, quality, and compliance with set standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and follow form design procedures, making sure they meet government specifications, internal standards, and product requirements.
• Design, update, and maintain tax forms using Elixir DesignPro and other proprietary design tools.
• Keep accuracy and quality high while meeting project timelines and deliverables.
• Look for ways to improve processes, raise efficiency, and support workflow automation.
• Use AI-powered tools to improve productivity, streamline processes, and raise quality.
• Work well within a team.
• Manage and prioritize several projects at once.
• Show strong attention to detail, a customer focus, good communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in learning and using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies in daily work.
• Proofreading and document review skills.
• Exposure to design, publishing, document formatting, or related software tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
