Role Overview

As a Test Automation Intern, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our products. You will work closely with the development and design teams to automate testing processes, identify bugs, and help improve our testing infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and Cypress (JavaScript)
• Test browser extensions across Chrome and Safari environments
• Validate cross-browser compatibility and performance consistency
• Collaborate with developers and designers to identify and document bugs
• Build reusable test modules and contribute to the test automation framework
• Assist in establishing and maintaining best practices for test automation within an agile workflow

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to students from the Batch of 2024, 2025, or 2026
• Candidates must be able to commit 15–20 hours per week
• Flexibility offered to align with academic schedules

Education Requirements

• Currently enrolled in B.E. / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Completed coursework or self-driven projects in JavaScript and test frameworks
• Familiarity with Playwright or Cypress
• Passionate about debugging and software quality assurance
• Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, agile setting

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with browser extension testing
• Understanding of REST APIs and managing test data
