Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans aimed at enhancing student success, which includes analyzing data, identifying key performance indicators, and implementing initiatives that improve academic outcomes, retention rates, and overall student satisfaction.
- Provide visionary leadership in designing and implementing innovative programs and initiatives that address the diverse needs of students, fostering a positive learning environment. This includes collaborating with various departments to integrate academic and non-academic support services, ensuring a holistic approach to student success.
