Internship Overview
Join Pearson’s dynamic internship program designed to offer hands-on experience, professional development, and insights into our business and technology operations. You'll work on a dedicated Oracle ERP project, participate in weekly learning sessions, and present your work to leadership at the end of the internship.
Internship Program Highlights
- Start Date: June 2025
- End Date: August 2025
- Mode of Work: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week at office)
- Leaves: No leaves permitted during internship
- Final Presentation: Showcase your project and learnings to Pearson leaders
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in configuration and customization of Oracle ERP modules
- Support Oracle ERP implementation and system integrations
- Analyze data and create reports to support business operations
- Troubleshoot Oracle ERP application issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solutioning
- Participate in system testing and validation
- Create documentation including process flows, configurations, and user guides
- Assist in training and supporting end-users
Who Can Apply
Education Required: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
Note: Candidates who have already graduated or are classified as freshers are not eligible
Key Qualifications
- Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts
- Knowledge of SQL, PLSQL
- Familiarity with Oracle Database
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Exposure to finance or supply chain business processes is a plus
