About the Role
PayU is hiring Graduate Trainee - Associate Production Support Engineers who will be responsible for monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring minimal disruption for end users. You will work on L2/L3 level support, debug code, analyze data, and maintain the integrity of production systems. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are analytical, proactive, and eager to solve real-time production challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for production systems
- Monitor systems and promptly address any errors or disruptions
- Respond to and resolve technical queries raised by internal users
- Debug and troubleshoot backend issues using logs and data queries
- Write and execute SQL queries to extract and analyze data
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues involving SQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system performance
- Debug web and mobile applications using technical tools and techniques
Technical Skills Required
Java, Python, PHP, Shell Scripting, Node.js, JavaScript, UNIX, LINUX, SQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Desired Attributes
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to quickly identify and diagnose production issues
- Understanding of debugging practices and working knowledge of any programming language
- Familiarity with debugging tools for web and mobile applications
