Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate front-end applications, including capturing information, using fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.
- Apply backend techniques such as gathering log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
- Effectively communicate with clients and internal collaborators using verbal and written communication.
- Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Prioritize work based on severity and balance client and business needs.
- Collaborate across teams to address issues with the appropriate personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in application support, client/customer support, incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Ability to work shifts from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST and provide on-call support.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
Required Technical Skills: SQL
