As part of the Support organization, you will provide post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers while acting as an advocate for customer needs. The role includes handling post-sales customer inquiries through phone and electronic channels, along with resolving technical questions related to Oracle Electronic Support Services.
You will serve as a primary customer contact, helping strengthen customer relationships with Support and assisting internal Oracle teams with customer situations and escalated issues.
As a Systems Engineer, you will regularly interact with customer IT teams either remotely or at client locations. You will troubleshoot and resolve moderately complex technical issues involving installation, maintenance, usage, and workarounds for Oracle products.
The role requires knowledge of Oracle products and at least one supported platform. You will work with general guidance from senior engineers and management, while independently handling certain responsibilities when needed.

Candidates should have 0 to 2+ years of experience and strong English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
