Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst - Credentialing to join our remote team. You will be responsible for managing daily credentialing activities, processing provider licenses, and supporting payor enrollment applications. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and interpret regulations related to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the US.
- Prepare and submit credentialing, licensure, and payor enrollment applications for clients.
- Validate and maintain accurate data in the credentialing and licensing platforms.
- Communicate with providers and clients via email to obtain necessary information.
- Assist with client onboarding and implementation projects.
- Document research findings in clear and concise guidelines.
- Support ad hoc operational projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Ability to conduct extensive research using online resources.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
