Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst - Credentialing to join our remote team. You will be responsible for managing daily credentialing activities, processing provider licenses, and supporting payor enrollment applications. This role requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and interpret regulations related to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the US.
• Prepare and submit credentialing, licensure, and payor enrollment applications for clients.
• Validate and maintain accurate data in the credentialing and licensing platforms.
• Communicate with providers and clients via email to obtain necessary information.
• Assist with client onboarding and implementation projects.
• Document research findings in clear and concise guidelines.
• Support ad hoc operational projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to conduct extensive research using online resources.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
