Role Overview

NTT DATA is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst-ITIL to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. You will work as part of the IT Service Desk and support end users with their IT needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Service Desk support, guidance, and training to end users on various IT devices, applications, and processes.
• Record, update, and escalate support issues to the next level promptly.
• Support all IT onboarding activities for end users.
• Work with internal IT teams on system testing, integration, and maintenance.
• Explore new IT business tools that support business users and the internal IT team.
• Suggest, evaluate, and implement process and technology improvements.
• Show willingness to learn and grow in other IT business areas.

Requirements

• Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• A strong team player.
• Comfort with 24/7 rotational shifts, week offs, and mandatory work from office.
• Ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, bug-finding, and resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently within a diverse global team.
• IT software and hardware troubleshooting knowledge and skills (Windows 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and Microsoft environment).
